| Anthony ("please call me
Tony") C. Labrosciano holds a B.B.A. in Accounting from the University of Houston and an
M.B.A. from Fairleigh Dickenson University. Tony has been an avid golfer since his
earlier days of caddying, at the Harrison Country Club, in Harrison, New York. Prior
to forming ACL Adjustment Associates, Inc., Tony had over 17 years of corporate level
credit and collection experience. He and his wife Barbara have been married for 25
years and reside with their two daughters, Nicole (a junior at Rutgers University) and
Monique, in Elmwood Park, New Jersey. Tony has a strong presence in the electronics
industry, based in part on his earlier affiliation with Ricoh Corporation. Tony's
commitment to his clients (both large and small) is "To aggressively pursue the
collection of client receivables in a professional and business-like manner in the
shortest time possible."
